We are a fast growing and expanding coal mining company in Indonesia
currently looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly qualified candidates
to join our Company, with job assignment in our site in Mandi-angin,
Sarolangun, Jambi, for the positions of :

1. HR Supervisor
a. Male, Maximum 35 years old.
b. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law/Psychology/Management.
c. At least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
role, preferably
in mining industry.
d. Strong knowledge about recruitment, employee development and
payroll.
e. Having good knowledge about HR prosedures.
f. Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word,
Excel & powerPoint).
g. Willing to stay at Site Office.

2. GA Supervisor
a. Male, Maximum 35 years old.
b. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law/Social Science/Management or Diploma
degree in any major.
c. At least 4 years of relevant experience in General Affair
role, preferably
in mining industry.
d. Having good knowldge about Legal, Goverment Relation, Public
Relation, & CSR.
e. Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel
& powerPoint)
f. Willing to stay at Site Office.

3. Finance & Accounting Forman
a. Male, Maximum 30 years old.
b. Minimal Diploma degree in Economic/Accounting major.
c. At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
role, preferably in mining industry.
d. Having experience to making a financial & accounting report.
e. Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel
& PowerPoint).
f. Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to details.
g. Willing to stay at Site Office.

4. HSE Forman
a. Male, Maximum 35 years old.
b. Minimal Diploma degree in any major.
c. At least 4 years in relevant experience at Health, Safety and
Environmental
(HSE), preferably in mining industry.
d. Good knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its
implementation
e. Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel
& PowerPoint).
f. Trained and certified HSE/K3 is an advantage.
g. Willing to stay at Site Office.

5. Security Head
a. Male, Maximum 50 years old.
b. Army or Police background will be helpful.
c. At least 10 years in relevant experience, preferably in mining
industry.
d. Good knowledge about Mining Safety Regulation and Rules.
e. Willing to stay at Site Office.
