* Male / Female, 35-45 years old
* Preferably having post graduate degree
* Having minimal 3 years experience in managerial level, preferably those who have experience in digital multimedia / entertainment industry
* Posses strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
* Good knowledge in Marketing Strategy, Project Management & Finance Analysis
