SHEQ Engineer West Jawa

Purpose of the position

*
As an adviser to organization during execution of Enginering, Auditing, and Quality Assurance in relation with execution of company policy at SHEQ area also ISO 9001:2000 Quality Policy.
*
As a Management Representative ISO 9001:2000 to monitor and audit effectiveness of implementation ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System to persue quality objectives set forth for Departments in order to meet or exceed customer expectation which will be cross checked with a regular Customer Satisfaction Survey and analysis on Customer Complaint records.
*
Updating and delivering ISO 9001:2000 Controlled Documents and IMSS Chapters at Group intranet
*
As a coordinator for planning and execution of regular Quality Audit Internal
*
Lead and support the various sites and plant locations on Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Security.
*
Ensure that the safety strategy is applied consistently across BOCGI
*
Drive the development and improvement of processes and systems to achieve a sustainable SHEQ performance
*
Ensure compliance with legislation, group standards and policies

Principal responsibilities

*
To assure close-out of audit findings (NCR) on ISO 9001:2000 Qualtiy Audit Internal, or from auditing by customers/certification body.
*
Revise any procedures or work instructions which has been obsolete or need to be revised due to management of change.
*
To decide a technical recommendation for organization upon a recoqnized sub-standard condition/practice
*
Setup Traccess competency profile and monitor IMSS implementation for theoretical knowledge and practical skill.
*
Provide SHEQ leadership and strategic directions to BOCGI SHEQ organisation
*
Continue to roll out behavioural safety program and ensure its sustainability
*
Work closely with operations, distribution and customer engineering services to ensure effective and smooth application of key safety priorities on the agenda
*
Ensure that safety performance of BOCGI is measured and evaluated using common tools
*
Develop and improve SHEQ standards by adopting and implementing best operating practices from BOC standards
*
Identify areas for improvement and work with the management teams to ensure that safety sustainable plans are in place to address.
*
Ensure processes and resources are deployed for business hazard and risk identification and for assessment and control of processes to mitigate risks.
*
To work with the businesses following incidents to find the root causes and help them develop and implement appropriate action plans.
*
Ensure that systems and standards are introduced on all new plants and acquisitions as well as joint ventures
*
Work closely with the regional SHEQ team to provide the country perspective and leverage the best operating practices globally.
*
Provide leadership on security issues across BOCGI and provide guidelines when needed.
*
Provide training and support on the critical areas like EMOC, HAZOP,PSR and risk assessment
*
Ensure that the SHEQ goals and objectives, as well as safety implementation plans are widely communicated and understood
*
Plan and deliver Audit plan including Engineering and focused audit for the RBU
*
Ensure that the SHEQ function provides expertise and tools to enable the business to comply with all legislative and Linde Group requirements

Required qualifications/experience

*
University graduate from technical
*
Trained auditor ISO 9000 system
*
Certified K3 from Depnaker
*
5 years experience working in similar fuction of reputable company
