Requirements:

* At least three years of experience as Purchasing staff in hotels/ restaurant industries.
* Have a good networking and ability to negotiate with local supplier, meet with vendors, and control the system based on schedule and desired goods.
* Ability to visually inspect products and storerooms.
* Proficiency with computerized systems, establishes daily/weekly delivery schedules, monitor price market and compliance, and resolve any product problems.
* Handling data of suppliers quotation, sampling, documents on time and prepare the daily/weekly/monthly report for the outstanding PO to inform direct supervisor in decision making matter.
* May work extra hours or weekends as required for departmental activities
