Technical Manager, Energy - I BT

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for development of the strategic vision and mission for the EES Business
* Responsible for order intake performance of the EES business in Singapore including sales committed gross margin, operating margin results.
* Leads business development functions, including developing business requirements.
* Regularly evaluates current and future business offerings, processes, and tools that have the potential to yield sales stimulation, cost improvements, or lead to the achievement of strategic goals.
* Monitors and provides supervision to a team of energy engineers in the development, implementation and ongoing support energy savings contracts.

Requirements:

* At least a diploma in Electrical/Engineering discipline
* Min. 10 years of work experience in the building construction industry
* Min. 5 years of experience in sales or project management in the Energy Business
* Ability to communicate and interact with different levels of people
* Able to work independently under pressure with high self-motivation.
* Team player and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office standard applications.
