HR Assistant (Surabaya based)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is accountable to provide administrative support on HR
related services in order to support the smooth deployment on HR
product and services. To identify, analyze, recommend and when
approved coordinate with related parties in deploying the HR business
product and services in term of daily-piece rate employee.

Qualifications:
* Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in all education background with
minimum GPA 3.0, preferably from English Literature;
* Having English proficiency in oral and written;
* Microsoft Office literate,
* Having good knowledge about Government regulation on workforce;
* Having good analytical and learning capability, high integrity,
achievement orientation, communication skill and influencing people.
